At Kids Way Maker Academy, we don't just see diagnoses; we see potential, bright futures, and unique paths waiting to be discovered. We provide a nurturing, expertly guided environment where children with developmental challenges can thrive, finding their own way forward with confidence and joy.
Our Mission
To make a way for children with unique developmental needs by providing comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized support. We partner with families to build bridges over obstacles, ensuring every child has the tools, therapies, and educational foundation they need to reach their highest potential.
Our Vision
A world where every child, regardless of their starting point, is celebrated for their unique abilities. We envision a community where holistic care and innovative therapies merge seamlessly, creating a pathway where limitations fade and endless possibilities are realized.

A Journey Born of Love and Necessity
The story of Kids Way Maker Academy doesn't begin in a boardroom; it begins in the heart of a mother. Betty Carrol, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, spent years navigating the complexities of the developmental therapy world, not just as a professional, but as a parent.
When her daughter, Sephora, was diagnosed with significant developmental delays, Betty faced the overwhelming challenge of finding cohesive, compassionate care. She found fragmented services, sterile environments, and a systemic focus on limitations rather than potential.
"I realized that if the environment Sephora needed didn't exist, I had to build it," Betty recalls.
Kids Way Maker Academy was founded on the belief that families shouldn't have to fight for quality care. By integrating therapeutic support with an enriching educational environment, Betty created a sanctuary where children like Sephora are celebrated, understood, and gently guided along their unique path of development.
"Every child has a path. Sometimes it's hidden, sometimes it's steep, but it is always there. Our job is not to pave over it, but to walk alongside them, holding the lantern, until they can find their way."
